Shipping & Returns
-Orders will be shipped out from New York through USPS First Class Mail, or Priority Mail depending on the order. Delivery time is estimated between 1-3 business days for Priority Mail, and up to 1-5 business days for and First Class Mail depending on the location that it's shipping too. All sales are currently U.S. only (CONTIGUOUS STATES ONLY). Delivery Confirmation is included in the cost of shipping. If there is proof that your package had not been received, those undelivered packages will be replaced or refunded. If Delivery Confirmation states that your package was delivered, unfortunately I will not replace your undelivered package. Those are claims that should be issued to your Post Office.
-I accept all credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover, Amex) and PayPal.
-Wrong orders: Please notify me first- through the contact page, direct email or phone- before shipping back any wrong orders. Please leave your name, email address, phone number (optional), order number and reason for return by using the contact page, and I will respond as soon as possible. If the error was on my part, I will pay for your return shipping, and if the error was on your part (perhaps you added an incorrect item to your cart and didn't realize until after I shipped it out) then you are responsible for the return shipping.
-If there are any leaks in products: products contained in jars are heat sealed with plastic wrap. If you received an item that leaked in the the box, email me a photo with the seals still on and I will replace your items.
Due to the nature of my products, there are no returns on items that you open.
Orders must be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of placing an order.
