How To Apply:
Use Tinted Brow Gel to enhance your brows and color. It can be used over your finished eyebrow look, or wear it by itself to create a more fuller, darker brow. Brush the Tinted Brow Gel using light, upward strokes trough the brow. Start at the front part of your brows, then work your way through the arch and towards the tail of your brows.
